I FEEL GREAT.
I think it’s safe to say this blog has gone radio silent since March when I posted about the launch of my YouTube series BANTER. But I woke up this morning with a crazy urge to create something for my blog (thankfully the URL didn’t expire on me), so here I am. Plus, I think I have some pretty cool things to share…
The second episode of BANTER has been released.
You’ll probably think it’s stupid, but maybe you can relate to some extent?
Anyway, I had a really great time filming this episode. It was, in part, inspired by true life events since I am, in fact, a college student (or recent graduate now…) who is navigating the crazy dating scene. What I learned about dating guys in college: most want more than less. I’m trying to be as family-friendly as I can here…
Basically, you need to know exactly what you want before getting involved–to any extent–with a guy. Resist all urges to be pressured by them into doing things you know you aren’t comfortable with doing because guess what? There are 104,359 other guys out there (actually, probably more) who will take you exactly the way you are.
Anyways, I had fun with this episode, that’s for sure, because I think the key to any successful project is to have a good time with it. This will probably mean taking real life scenarios and making them a tad more outlandish (at least that’s what it means for me). Speaking of outlandish, here are the outtakes to the episode, which might make you laugh a little more than the actual video did.
At the end of the day, I am creating this content for YOU. I want people to laugh (or cry) along with what I make because it resonates with them in some way.
Given that, take five minutes of your life to watch the videos above and hopefully it strikes home with you in some way (feel free to let me know that in the comments).
